GCE Speciality will showcase its ultra-high-purity (UHP) gas control portfolio at the event, taking place from 10 to 13 November at Messe Munich, Germany. At Booth C2328, visitors can explore solutions designed to support controlled gas delivery across demanding semiconductor applications.

A Complete Approach to UHP Gas Control

Our booth will feature the complete UHP range, including manifolds, point-of-use (PoU) units, shut-off valves, line regulators, and accessories.

The portfolio includes single- and dual-source manifold configurations, with options for semi-automatic changeover and gas purging. PoU solutions are available in different flow and pressure configurations, with optional ultra-fine filtration to suit varying process requirements.

Together, these solutions support controlled gas delivery from the source through distribution to the process equipment, helping maintain the required gas purity and pressure.
