CUSTOMER RETURNS FORM
Our intent is to provide quick, high‑quality service and protect the health of our staff. We therefore ask for your understanding that we can accept returns of units and accessories for complaint only with a completed declaration. If the declaration is missing, we reserve the right to refuse and return the equipment at the customer’s expense.
