GCE Speciality will showcase its complete Ultra-High-Purity (UHP) gas control portfolio at SEMICON India 2026, taking place from 17 to 19 September at Yashobhoomi, Delhi.

The portfolio brings together the components needed to manage ultra-high-purity gases through critical stages of a gas delivery system. UHP manifolds are available in single- and dual-source configurations, with options for semi-automatic changeover and gas purging.

Our point-of-use units offer different flow and pressure configurations, compact designs, and optional ultra-fine filtration to meet process requirements where precise control and purity matter.
